Applies to all three registration types: Early Bird (in person), Regular (in person), and Online.

Refunds
Requests must be received in writing at credx@vcc.ca by 11:59 pm PT on April 7, 2027. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less a non-refundable administrative fee of $50 for in-person registrations and $25 for online, and processed within 15 business days. No refunds are issued after this deadline for any reason, including inability to attend. Registrations are not transferable to a future edition of CredX.
Transferring your registration to someone else
A registration may be transferred to a colleague at no charge, provided the request comes from the original registrant and is received by 5:00 pm PT on Friday, April 9, 2027. Name badges, catering counts, and building access lists are finalized at that cut-off, so substitutions cannot be accepted afterward — including at the registration desk on the morning of the event.
Changing between in-person and online
Online registrations may be upgraded to in-person until 5:00 pm PT on April 9, subject to seat availability, on payment of the difference at the rate in effect on the day of the change. In-person registrations cannot be switched to online, and the price difference is not refundable. Early Bird pricing is tied to the original purchase date and cannot be applied retroactively or carried over to a new registration.
Event details and access
Building, floor, and room information for in-person delegates, and streaming access for online delegates, are sent 24 hours before the program begins. Registrations completed after that point will receive details once processed, which may be after sessions have started. Delegates registering on or after April 13 should plan for a delay in receiving access information.
If VCC cancels or postpones
Registrants receive a full refund with no administrative fee, or may carry their registration to the rescheduled dates. VCC is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred.
